RISE Academy is a restorative justice initiative that reduces reincarceration and rebuilds community trust by equipping incarcerated individuals with essential life skills—conflict resolution, accountability, emotional intelligence, impulse control, and critical thinking.
This work goes beyond rehabilitation. RISE Academy is about transformation—restoring trust and creating pathways for healing, growth, and successful reintegration.

Current Impact (May – November 2025)
- 28 justice-involved individuals served through a 9-week restorative justice program
- 3 cohorts completed between May–November 2025
- 13 graduates with a 46.4% completion rate, exceeding national averages
- 100% of graduates improved in self-awareness and accountability
- Zero disciplinary incidents among participants during enrollment
- Assessment completion improved to 100%, strengthening program effectiveness
- Focused on successful reintegration, accountability, and long-term community impact a 46.4% completion rate, exceeding national averages
